Wow! What a list! I certainly didn't know these things. If it comes round to me again, you've prompted me about some things, including the out of season seaside towns!

Thanks for taking the time. I found it fun, and it's great to share fun with those we only know through limited contact. Makes our online life more real! :-)

So sorry about this, but this wonderful video has been removed from YouTube for some reason. I will look for a suitable alternative. Such a shame!

I am 34 weeks pregnant and had my final hypnobirthing session with Tracy yesterday.

Despite this being our first child my husband and I are feeling happy, calm and as confident as a first time Mum can be about the whole birth experience. So much so that we're planning a home birth if the birthing pool at our hospital isn't available for me to splash around in!

I've had a wonderful pregnancy thus far and am enjoying my daily rainbow relaxation sessions along with lots of the other techniques that I've learned. I truly want to feel connected to my baby during our birth and look forward to the time I'm going to meet him/her with real excitement rather than apprehension and fear. I'm really thankful to Tracy and to hypnobirthing for giving me the option and the confidence to do this.

We are having a suprise 3rd baby due New Years Eve.

Our first 2 children are Catrina 8 and Llewellyn 6. I am a high risk pregnancy as I suffered with very severe SPD previously.

As a previous extended bfing mother, I intend to get all my bras and clothing sorted out ready for feeding imediately after my c-section. I will also be calling on a number of family and friends to provide support during th elast few weeks before birth and also for at least a month afterwards, so that we have lots of time to recover and bf without trying to be a supermam.

I am now just going into my 30th week of pregnancy (1st child) & had my 1st hypnobirthing lesson last night, which was not only highly informative, but completely reinforced my want to have a calm, relaxing, natural birthing experience. I will be going to the hospital and intend on having a water birth using the techniques I am now learning through hypnobirthing classes. I have every confidence that my body won't let me down & will work with the baby at his pace to come into the world...i'm very excited and can't wait to meet the little person i'm carrying! I do beleive he is destined to be an acrobat the way he moves & jumps around all the time :)

I am planning a home hypnobirth for our second child, due in approximately 6 weeks. I will not be attending any antenatal classes, nor will I be reading any books or magazines. My husband and I have done a hypnobirthing course and I practise relaxation techniques daily. My first child's birth was a thoroughly traumatic experience - chiefly because we had neither the confidence nor the supporting knowledge to speak up for ourselves and to allow me to trust my instincts as a labouring and birthing mammal! I am looking forward to this birth immensely and know that, whatever happens, the preparation and learning of the last few months will ensure that both my husband and I will have the confidence to make our own decisions and birth our baby in the way we decide is best. We will not be pressured into making decisions out of fear but rather because they will be the decisions which are best for our baby and me. I have the utmost respect for the medical profession but this baby's birth won't be a performance to be managed and directed by them ;)
